INGREDIENTS

1 cup plain kefir

1 banana
·
4 fresh strawberries

4 large fresh pineapple chunks

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened
coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve
immediately or place into the refrigerator to chill and then serve.
