tropical chia kefir smoothie for weight loss

 

INGREDIENTS

·         1 cup plain kefir

·         1 banana

·         4 fresh strawberries

·         4 large fresh pineapple chunks

·         2 tbsp chia seeds

·         1 cup unsweetened coconut milk


INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place into the refrigerator to chill and then serve.
